Voztech Labs (“Voztech Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information and data associated with your use of the Voztech MicroServices mobile application (the “App”).

4. Microphone Permission

The App requires microphone access to provide its voice recording functionality.

Why microphone access is required

User control

Microphone access is controlled by the Android operating system.

If microphone permission is denied, voice recording functionality may not operate correctly.

No unauthorized recording

Voztech MicroServices is designed to access the microphone only for functionality initiated by the user and does not intentionally record audio without the applicable permission.

5. Local Storage & Audio Data

Voice recordings generated through the App may be stored locally on the user's Android device.

Depending on the Android version and device configuration, recordings may be stored in an application-specific or device-accessible storage location.

Voztech Labs does not intentionally maintain copies of these recordings on its own servers.

Users are responsible for:

• Managing their recordings
• Creating backups where necessary
• Protecting access to their device
• Deleting recordings they no longer require

Deleting the App, clearing App data, resetting the device, or deleting recordings may result in permanent loss of locally stored audio files.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.

The current core functionality of Voztech MicroServices does not require users' voice recordings or personal information to be shared with third parties.

We do not intentionally transfer users' recordings to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information stored on a user's device or processed by third-party platforms.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Voztech Labs does not intentionally maintain a server-side repository of users' voice recordings for the core functionality of the App.

Recordings stored locally on a user's device generally remain there until the user or an authorized process:

• Deletes the recording
• Clears App data
• Uninstalls the App
• Resets the device
• Removes or modifies the relevant storage

Because these recordings are primarily controlled locally by the user, deletion of locally stored recordings is generally managed through the App or Android device.

11. Children's Privacy

Voztech MicroServices does not intentionally collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly use the App to collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where such authorization is legally required.

If you believe that personal information has been provided to Voztech Labs by a child in circumstances that violate applicable law, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. User Responsibilities
